Returns

You may return any Genesis pickups within 30 days from shipping date for a full refund of the price of the pickup. Please return the item to the following address.

Refund is processed within 14 days from receipt of the item.

When you place an order, we normally ship the item within 10 business days. For orders within the 50 states of America, we usually use USPS Priority Mail. This usually takes about 3 to 5 business days.

International Shipping

We ship international orders using USPS Global Priority Mail Service (EMS) whch will take about 3 to 5 business days. This shipping method does not include calculated customs, duties and taxes. Please note that you agree to pay additional customs, taxes and duties for you to receive your order.

If you do not need the item soon, we may ship it via USPS Airmail Parcel Post or USPS Global Priority which will take about 10 to 18 business days to be delivered, once order has shipped. Please note that this service may not be available to other countries. Depending on destination country, you will have to pay additional charges for shipping. We will notify you via email.
